What’s the Fourth Trimester?

The fourth trimester is the 12 week period after giving birth. During this period, your baby adjusts to the world outside of the womb and you adjust to life with your new little one. Though this time is full of great joy, there can also be physical and emotional challenges for baby, mama, and the rest of the family.

Fourth trimester care can help your body heal after birth and can help your baby feel their best, too. Care can also help mama and baby with many common physical and emotional challenges like gas, colic, reflux, constipation, latching issues, sleep issues, pain, stress and postpartum depression.
